I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Whole Foods, thanks to Derrick. From the moment I interacted with him, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure I found everything I needed, and did it all with a positive attitude and a smile. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond to make a customer feel valued, but Derrick did exactly that. His kindness, patience, and exceptional service made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Whole Foods is fortunate to have an employee like Derrick. If every customer received the level of care and attention he provides, shopping would always be a pleasure. Thank you, Derrick, for your outstanding service—you truly made my day!

I’ve been a wholefoods customer since the chain began and I can literally say out of all the ones I’ve been to, this one has the worst selection for hot bar and pizza bar. The worst food out of all of them. I see comments about that on the web and they are still offering dry nasty Indian food or macaroni and cheese. The food is not just awful but repetitive. And the pizza 🍕 is a disgrace. They barely put any cheese and it looks really dirty gross looking. Please improve!

It's a very nice wholesale Market. Neat and clean good service. Reasonable price. Variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian items are available here Very good atmosphere

Two stars for old time sake. People shop here doesn’t really look at prices but having false advertisement is a no no, detrimental to customer retention. It only takes one time. Saw quite a few items on sale and selected a packaged meat product marked as Sale, never look at my receipt but just this time glanced at it and noticed it no sale but full charge. Chatted with customer service and she actually called the store, told it is no longer on sale (when why wasn’t the tag changed), come back to the store for refund or adjustment. R u kidding me this is not 2015 :) Who returns groceries to store! Why can’t you adjust it online. It’s only few dollars but it’s a matter of principle. Just lost a customer. I’ll be going to sprout nearby I believe they are overall cheaper anyway. Management needs to use this as a case study! Today in our society for lower wages jobs no one takes it seriously, how can we compete and get ahead. Aye… if everyone puts 100 percent effort in what we are entrusted to do and be smart at it/own the job, our society will go much further!

Very wide range of food stuffs are available at a single place. Well maintained withgood hygiene and clarity. Very large parking lots and services are there. Wash. Rooms are also clearly maintained.
